Junior Research Fellow
Trinity College Cambridge

My research experience includes experiments on semiconductor devices exploiting both classical and quantum physics on the basis of layered materials, self-assembled quantum dots, and two-dimensional electron gases, in frequency regions from radio-frequency, over far-infrared/terahertz, and into the near-infrared and visible ranges. Currently, I am a Junior Research Fellow of Trinity College Cambridge and works at the Cavendish Laboratory of the University of Cambridge. My team within the Semiconductor Physics Group works on the development of terahertz detectors, terahertz modulators, and terahertz optical technology.
