My early research focused on the development of terahertz sources, particularly on terahertz quantum cascade lasers (THz-QCLs), with a focus on integrating THz-QCLs with acoustic devices.
Over the past decade, I have collaborated with numerous prestigious institutes and THz research groups worldwide. A highlight of my career has been contributing to the high-power record of THz-QCLs, high-power density and developing THz-QCLs with precise single frequencies for atmospheric space applications.
